Neill Kelley I think should be listed on the top 20 list. After a busy spring of attending junior camps and just town/team visits by the request of those teams, he must be on a list some where. Remember he is a fresh 16yr old junior, with his birth day coming in aug. He maybe young but has good size, skills, experience and a nice hybrid style which most tenders lack today.
