Heritage Sports Center entry plaza dedication today

A dedication of the new entry plaza at the Duluth Heritage Sports Center will be held today at 3:30 p.m.
In celebration of its 25th Anniversary, the Duluth Harbortown Rotary Club has partnered with the Duluth Heritage Sports Center to complete the $200,000 plaza.
In addition to the significant Harbortown contribution of time, talent and funding, the following companies, individuals and organizations have provided funding, materials and services:
Jamar Companies, API Electric Co., Brock White Construction, Donald Holm Construction Co., Kraus-Anderson Construction, Northland Constructors, Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation, Knight Foundation, Amity Creek Landscaping, Lakehead Sign, Robert & Myrna Ulland, Morgan Fund, Borgert Products, Inc., DSGW Architects, Jeff Foster Trucking, LISC and JNM Gift Trust.
The plaza displays a 60-foot American flag pole and six additional poles that will display the flags of the following major partners in the Heritage Center: Duluth Heritage Sports Center, Duluth Harbortown Rotary Club, Duluth Boys and Girls Club, Duluth Amateur Hockey Association, City of Duluth and Duluth Public Schools.
