Northern Stars to host top-ranked Minnesota girls hockey team tonight at Heritage Center

The Duluth Northern Stars will play host to Class AA top-ranked Stillwater at 7:30 p.m. today at Heritage Arena. The Stars are 2-0 and feature standout forwards Jane Goldfarb, Abby Atol, Frankie Bergman and Nikki Logergren, who had two goals — including the overtime winner — in a 3-2 win at Eveleth-Gilbert Area on Monday.
Junior goaltender Paige Turner is expected to start for the Stars.
