A ribbon-cutting for the state’s newest nationally designated bicycle route, U.S. Bike Route 41, will be Saturday at 9 a.m. at Lower Landing Park/Lambert’s Landing at the intersection of Shepard Road and Sibley Street in St. Paul. The ribbon-cutting will also kick off a six-day bicycle tour on the route, which goes from St. Paul to Grand Portage State Park on the Minnesota/Canadian border.
