The downbound right lane of Central Entrance will be closed Wednesday due to a valve vault collapse at Arlington Avenue. Traffic traveling northbound on Arlington Avenue will not be able to access eastbound Central Entrance. An alternate route is to turn on Palm Street to Basswood Avenue to Central Entrance.

City of Duluth crews are beginning a temporary repair today, with a partial closure of the right turn lane from Arlington Avenue to downbound Central Entrance. The permanent fix will occur Wednesday.
