Duluth Police arrest male for pending felony criminal damage to property charges

Duluth Police investigators today arrested 22-year-old Duluth resident Mason Manseau for pending charges of Felony Criminal Damage to Property. He is the individual who spray painted the word ‘plunger’ throughout the City of Duluth.
