It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Dean Lee Gagne. He died on November 17, 2025 at the age of 62 years old. Dean was a smart and loving man, but his life was marked by illness. Overcoming Hodgkin's disease, and a ruptured hernia, but mostly alcoholism— which was his greatest challenge and the battle he could not overcome. He now has found peace.

Dean was preceded in death by his father, Donald Gagne. He is survived by his mother, Linda (Jacobsen) Gagne and Rick of Punta Gorda, FL; and his brother, Kevin Gagne.

The family would like to thank Pete Johnson, his best friend from grade school, who was always there for Dean, and stood by his side.

A remembrance of his life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Dougherty Funeral Home 218-727-3555.
