CLOQUET — Cloquet swept Hermantown 25-20, 25-23, 25-19 in a nonconference high school volleyball match Tuesday night, led by a dominant performance from senior outside hitter Ava Maslowski.

Maslowski recorded a match-high 15 kills and three ace serves for the Lumberjacks. Ava Anderson added 12 kills and 13 digs, while setters Emma Warnygora and Ella Anderson combined for 33 assists to pace Cloquet’s balanced attack.

Hermantown was led by Evie Nelson, Lilah Conley and Sophie Schulz, who each finished with seven kills. Conley added 19 digs and four ace serves, while Schulz also served four aces and tallied two blocks. Setters Kylee Stokke and Anna Bergerson combined for 27 assists.
