Wheeler Field is a popular outdoor recreation center in Duluth every summer

Wheeler, located near the iron ore docks in Duluth, was bustling with activity on Tuesday evening, hosting pickleball, bocce, and softball open and league games. Horseshoes, tennis, sand volleyball are also individual and team events at Wheeler during summer months. The City Duluth owns and manages Wheeler Field. Photos: Howie
