Prep sports top performers on Tuesday:

. Hermantown's Claire Kaups and Nora Gunderson had four hits and three hits, respectively, and ace righthander Lindsey Ewer scattered three hits in six innings in a 13-3 softball home romp over Denfeld.

. Bailey Plante and Kaylen Foxx had three hits each to power Esko to a 13-3 win against Barnum.

. Jamis Halverson was the pitching and hitting star for Esko in a 13-0 Polar League win over Barnum, throwing a one-hitter with 12 strikeouts and adding a home run and our RBIs.
