The Duluth Woman’s Club’s 55th annual Tour of Homes & Gardens is this Wednesday, July 19, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. People will have the opportunity to tour five buildings from the historic to the more modern and energy efficient, along with three varied gardens. Tickets are $40 each.

Attempted robbery in Lincoln Park
A 17-year-old male was taken into custody following an attempted armed robbery Monday night in Duluth’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, police said. Duluth police responded at about 8 p.m. to a report of a person with a gun in the 400 block of Lincoln Park Drive. Authorities said a
