The Minnesota Department of Transportation, as part of the Twin Ports Interchange project, will reopen the northbound/southbound ramps to/from Garfield Avenue at the I-535 Blatnik Bridge on Friday, Nov. 8, at 5 p.m. Reopening at the same time is 20th/19th Avenue West which closed in Feb. of 2023.
