Arezzo new Benedictine Health Center board chair

billarezzoWilliam M. Arezzo (pictured), senior vice president at National Bank of Commerce, was recently elected chair of the Benedictine Health Center (BHC) Board of Directors.

John Lawien, Karen Finseth and Sister Barbara Ann Vierzba, OSB, were elected vice-chairperson, treasurer and secretary, respectively.

Lawien serves as senior vice president at RBC Wealth Management.

Finseth is a trust officer at U.S. Bank.

Sister Barbara Ann serves as sub-prioress at the St. Scholastica Monastery in Duluth.

BHC also added the following new board members:

. Greg Wegler, director of business development for Krause Anderson Construction.

Current board members include Angela Hauger, College of St. Scholastica gerontology professor; Siobhan McMahon, CSS nursing professor; Pat Mullen, vice president of marketing & public affairs, Minnesota Power; and Chris Russ, regional operations administrator, SMDC Health System.

The Benedictine Health Center is a Catholic, non-profit health care facility in Duluth, Minnesota, featuring a spectrum of care that includes independent and assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, adult day services and childcare facilities for infants through preschool. BHC is a member of the Benedictine Health System, a nationally recognized Catholic health system based in Duluth.
