Man struck by vehicle

First responders and law enforcement today were dispatched to the 5300 block of Highway 25, just south of Kinney, following the discovery of a man in a ditch. Upon arrival, emergency services found a 26-year-old man who seemed to have been struck by a vehicle that had fled the scene.
