Online registration for Hermantown Community Schools' fall activities is currently available. Families are encouraged to visit the school's activity website to register and access the required forms.

Fall Activities Start Dates

  • Monday, August 12: Football, Cross Country, Boys/Girls Soccer, Girls Swimming, Girls Tennis
  • Monday, August 26: Junior High Football
  • Tuesday, September 3: Junior High Volleyball

Parent/Student Meeting

A compulsory meeting for students and parents participating in any activity is set for Thursday, August 15, at Hermantown High School Auditorium. The schedule is as follows:

  • 5:30 p.m.: Parent meeting led by the Activities Director
  • 6:15 p.m.: Student follow-up session with the Director

Coaches will inform parents and students about additional meetings tailored to each program.

Due to budget cuts, the Hermantown Activities Department has updated the registration fees and ticket prices for the 2024-2025 season. These changes are necessary to continue supporting and improving sports and extracurricular programs.

Updated Registration Fees

Starting this year, there will be a 10% increase in participation fees for all activities. The new fee structure is:

High School Activity Fees (Grades 9-12)

  • Alpine Skiing, Nordic Skiing: $250
  • Dance Team, RTC Robotics: $200
  • Hockey (Boys/Girls): $215
  • Cross Country, Football, Volleyball, Soccer, Swimming (Girls), Tennis (Girls), Basketball, Baseball, Golf, Lacrosse, Softball, Tennis (Boys), Track & Field: $155
  • Wrestling (Grades 9-12): $100
  • Basketball Cheerleading, Football Cheerleading, Hockey Cheerleading, Knowledge Bowl, Math Team, Speech, Fall Musical, One-Act Play, Spring Play: $105

Middle School Activity Fees (Grades 7-8)

  • Basketball, Cross Country, Football, Volleyball, Track & Field: $105
  • Wrestling: $50

6th Grade Activity Fees

  • Cross Country: $60
