Minnesota Monsters move Lemon to operations director, AF1 advisory role

Meadow Lemon. Minnesota Monsters

The Minnesota Monsters announced Tuesday that Meadow Lemon will move from general manager to operations director while also serving in an advisory role with Arena Football One.

Lemon will focus on the Monsters’ operational strategy, internal systems and franchise development. His responsibilities will include coordinating organizational functions supporting the franchise’s football and business operations.

“Meadow has been instrumental in helping shape the vision, culture, and foundation of the Minnesota Monsters,” Jaysen Howard of the Monsters organization said. “This transition reflects both the value Meadow brings to our organization and the respect that leadership has earned across the arena football landscape. We are excited to support this next step and confident it will create new opportunities for both the Monsters and AF1.”

In his league advisory role, Lemon is expected to contribute to AF1 initiatives, strategic planning and organizational development.

“The Minnesota Monsters remain committed to building a strong and professional organization from the ground up,” Howard said. “Having Meadow continue in a leadership role internally while also contributing to AF1 in an advisory capacity is a major positive for our future.”

The Monsters said additional staffing and football operations announcements will be made later.
