The Minnesota Monsters signed veteran kicker Michael Hall today as its strengthens its roster for the stretch run of the 2026 season.
Hall, a 5-foot-11, 190-pound kicker, arrives after building a résumé that includes both collegiate success at Ottawa University Arizona and multiple stops in professional indoor football. The Racine, Wisconsin, native previously spent time with the Tucson Sugar Skulls, Tulsa Oilers and Arizona Wranglers, giving him valuable experience in the indoor game.
At Ottawa University Arizona, Hall established himself as one of the program's top special teams performers. He recorded more than 50 touchbacks during his collegiate career, earned conference Player of the Week honors twice during the 2021 season and helped lead the Spirit to the program's first NAIA playoff appearance and a conference championship.
Hall also demonstrated consistent scoring ability during his collegiate career, averaging more than 12 points per game over a four-game stretch while showcasing the leg strength that made him one of the top kicking specialists in the conference.
His athletic profile extends beyond kicking. Hall has been credited with a 4.42-second 40-yard dash, a 450-pound squat and a 109-inch broad jump, traits that can be valuable in the indoor game, where kickers are often called upon to contribute in coverage after kickoffs.
