It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our mother, Maria Giuliani, who was born in 1929 in León, Guanajuato, Mexico. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alessandro Giuliani.

Maria was a role model for her children and an inspiration to everyone who knew her. Throughout her life, she maintained a wonderful sense of humor, a passion for gardening, and was a style icon and an excellent cook.

Her business, Union Optical, is celebrating its 50th anniversary. She built her success through hard work, perseverance, and determination.

All five of her children are deeply saddened by her passing but wish for her remembrance to be filled with the joy of a life well-lived.

- Daughter Alessandra Froehing, Granddaughter Christina, and Jason; Great-grandchildren Alyssa, Kylie, and Ian; Grandson Joseph and partner Sarah; Great-grandchild Mavis.

- Son Alessandro Giuliani, Grandson Alessandro, and partner Emma; Granddaughter Antonia and husband Beau; Great-grandchild Duke.

- Son Giulio Giuliani and wife Cindy; Grandson Gregg and wife Amelia; great grandchildren Salvador and Francisco; Grandson Nick and wife Lauren; Granddaughter Stephanie; Grandson Marcus; Granddaughters Elena and Bella.

- Daughter Maria Fierek, wife of the late Robert William Fierek; Grandchild Ash Fierek and wife Payton; Grandson Ben Fierek and partner Maija.

- Son Robert Giuliani and wife Elin; Grandson Lucas.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to BeeHive Homes, a warm, loving, and safe place. We are truly grateful for the dignity, compassion, and kindness shown to her by the amazing staff. Your love and care provided her with a true sense of home, for which we will be forever thankful.

Additionally, we deeply appreciate the loving, helpful, and professional guidance provided by Gentiva Hospice to our mom.

Lastly, a special thank you to Doughtery Funeral Home. Truly a comfort knowing that end-of-life needs are warmly and kindly taken care of.
