Republish It! Roger Reinert's Facebook post on Homegrown

Facebook

"Happy Homegrown! Last night I was at AMSOIL Arena to hear 'Big Wave Dave & The Ripples', and 'A Band Called Truman'. Was bummed to miss 'Brothers Burn Mountain'! It was fun to see so many of you out last night (on a Tuesday) to celebrate community and good music. Thanks to all who stopped by to say 'hi'!

The Homegrown Music Festival is an annual community celebration of the original and diverse music of Duluth, Minn. and its surrounding communities. What started in 1999 with ten acts has matured to an eight-day community-wide local music, arts and cultural extravaganza. Thank you to all of the volunteers, sponsors, and organizers who work hard to make these events a success. Last night’s bands were SUPER fun and I bought the full pass so can’t wait to catch a few more before the week is up. The fun starts up again tonight and through Sunday. See you out there!"
