DULUTH — The Friends of the Felgemaker will present “From Baroque to Classical Brilliance” at 3 p.m. Sept. 27 at Sacred Heart Music Center, 201 W. Fourth St.
The program will feature works by George Frideric Handel, Joseph Haydn and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, performed on the center’s historic Felgemaker pipe organ with a chamber orchestra.
Sacred Heart resident organist Dr. Charles Sundquist will perform with violinists Laurie Bastian and Kristin Sande, violist Kevin Hoeschen, cellist Byron Klimek, oboists Brett Linski and Madeline Miller and trumpeters Tom Pfotenhauer and Stacy Carolan.
The concert will focus on 18th-century Baroque and Classical repertoire, combining organ and chamber ensemble performances.
