Groundbreaking set for Tuesday for new shelter to serve families on the Iron Range experiencing homelessness

Representatives from St. Louis County, Range Transitional Housing, IRRRB, the City of Virginia and others will join together Tuesday in Virginia for a groundbreaking for a new shelter that will serve families experiencing homelessness in northern St. Louis County. The new shelter will provide short-term housing for four families at
