Bellisio's Italian Restaurant wins Wine Spectator award

Bellisio's Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar, a staple in the culinary scene of Duluth, has been awarded the prestigious “Best of Award of Excellence” by Wine Spectator for the 25th consecutive year. The award recognizes Bellisio's outstanding wine selection and commitment to providing guests with an exceptional dining experience.

"This is a tremendous honor for us at Bellisio's," said Angie Dormanen, Bellisio's Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar general manager. "To be recognized by Wine Spectator for 25 years in a row speaks volumes about our dedication to offering our guests an extensive selection of high-quality wines."

Twenty-five restaurants across Minnesota were recognized by Wine Spectator, with only 10 receiving the coveted Award of Excellence.

Bellisio's, known for its authentic Italian cuisine and exceptional wine selection, has consistently met the high standards required to be honored with the distinction since opening its doors in 1998.

The “Best of Award of Excellence” is presented to restaurants with wine lists featuring a well-chosen assortment of quality producers and a thematic match to the menu in both price and style. With over 500 selections of wine available, including 100 by the glass, Bellisio’s offers an extensive list curated from vineyards around the world.
