Fryberger attorneys named Best Lawyers in America

Stephanie Ball, Paul Kilgore and David Oberstar of Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith and Frederick, P.A. were recently selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America©.

Stephanie A. Ball was selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs. Ms. Ball is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and practices in the areas of civil litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, construction, insurance and surety law, commercial litigation and lender liability. She is certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Civil Litigation Specialist.

Paul B. Kilgore was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in the practice areas of Litigation – Real Estate and Real Estate Law. Mr. Kilgore focuses his practice on real estate acquisitions, taxation and litigation, energy and natural resources, and minerals and mining law. He is a graduate cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and is certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Real Property Law Specialist. Mr. Kilgore was elected in 2012 to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.

David R. Oberstar was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of Timber Law. Mr. Oberstar has been recognized in this area of practice since 2007. He also practices in the areas of land use and zoning, mining and minerals, public contracting, general municipal law, environmental law, eminent domain and administrative law. He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law.
