Free parking downtown for Christmas City of the North Parade
For the convenience of the thousands of people who converge on Downtown Duluth for this annual event, free parade parking begins after 5 p.m. at several ramps and lots.

The skywalk was engineered for a different downtown — one built around banks, utilities and insurance headquarters moving employees between ramps and desks without touching Superior Street. That downtown is gone.
