The Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce’s 155th Annual Meeting & Dinner Celebration is sold out, the organization announced ahead of Thursday’s event at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center.

This year’s program — themed “Forging the Future: Innovation, Industry, and International Impact” — will feature a keynote address by Russ Becker, president and CEO of APi Group. Becker, a native of Minnesota’s Iron Range, leads the market-leading business services provider with more than 200 locations worldwide.

APi Group’s Northland footprint includes several long-standing firms founded and headquartered in Northeast Minnesota, among them Chamber members Jamar Company, Viking Automatic Sprinkler Co., and United Piping.

Organizers say Becker’s remarks will highlight how the region’s strengths in talent and industry can shape global markets.

The Chamber’s annual meeting will also recognize award winners for contributions to the organization and the broader business community.

The sold-out event is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 30, at the DECC.

Those seeking tickets may join a waitlist by contacting Kathleen Privette at (218) 740-3745 or kprivette@duluthchamber.com.
