The Minnesota State Patrol today released the names of four individuals who died in an accident involving five vehicles on Highway 2 near Floodwood on Wednesday: Vincent Dow, 65, Bonnie Dow, 66, and Hope Oakgrove and Charlotte White, both 9 – all residents of Blackduck.
Three others sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
