St. Scholastica names two new vice presidents

DULUTH The College of St. Scholastica has appointed Dr. Rick Revoir and Jennifer Carlson to key leadership roles on its president’s cabinet.

Revoir has been named vice president for college advancement, while Carlson will serve as vice president for finance and strategy.

Revoir, who joined the college in 2004, has held several positions over the past two decades, including faculty member in the Stender School of Leadership, Business and Professional Studies and dean of strategic development. He had been serving as interim vice president for college advancement since early 2025.

Carlson comes to St. Scholastica from the City of Duluth, where she worked as chief financial advisor to the chief administrative officer and the mayor. An alumna of both the University of Wisconsin and St. Scholastica, she brings extensive experience in accounting and finance, with an emphasis on long-term fiscal sustainability.

“We are happy to welcome both Dr. Revoir and Ms. Carlson to the administrative team at the College,” said St. Scholastica President Barbara McDonald. “These positions are integral as we seek to provide a meaningful college experience for our current and prospective students.”
