Volunteers will be digging in to beautify Downtown Waterfront this week

Volunteers will be hitting the sidewalks of Downtown Duluth and Canal Park this week as part of an annual tradition of planting flowers to beautify the business district. More than 60 streetscape planters are sitting empty on the sidewalks, waiting for helping hands to fill them with colorful flowers. Volunteers
