Breaking News: Two individuals located deceased in vehicle at Duluth Airport (Updated with names)

Duluth Police responded to an attempt to locate a male who was having suicidal ideations. Officers located the male’s vehicle on the top floor of the parking ramp at the Duluth International Airport (4701 Grinden Drive) with the male and a female, deceased in a vehicle. The two parties were known to each other and the names of the deceased won’t be released until next of kin is notified. There is no threat to the public. This is still a very active and ongoing investigation, and no further information will be released at this time. – Duluth Police press release

UPDATE: Duluth Police are releasing the names of the two individuals located deceased in a vehicle on Thursday, December 19. 75-year-old Duluth resident Lawrence Roscoe and 77-year-old Duluth resident Ann Roscoe. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Roscoe family and friends as they are grieving the loss of their loved ones. This incident remains an active investigation, and no further information will be released at this time. – Duluth Police press release
