City of Duluth provides weather-driven cancelation and closure information

Most City of Duluth facilities will remain open to the public today despite the winter storm, with the exception of the Duluth Workforce Development/CareerForce. Workforce Development staff will work remotely today, and the CareerForce location will be closed to the public. The job fair scheduled for today at CareerForce has also been canceled.

The following three commission meetings scheduled for this afternoon and evening are canceled:

. Duluth Commission on Disabilities

. Duluth NQT2SLGBIA Commission

. Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission (rescheduled for Monday, April 7 at 4:45 p.m.)

The City of Duluth Parks and Recreation division is canceling its recreational programming today, due to weather conditions. Cancelled activities include:

. Open skate at Heritage

. All Senior programs and clubs at Morgan Park, Evergreen, and Portman. Senior meal service was cancelled at Evergreen today.

. Gentle Yoga at Lafayette Community Center
