Beginning Monday, July 14, the Third Street Parking Ramp, which connects by skywalk to the rear of the St. Louis County Courthouse in Duluth, will close for scheduled maintenance. The closure for resurfacing work is expected to take approximately six weeks.
Recommended alternative parking locations include metered parking in the Civic Center in front of the Courthouse, or the Duluth Public Parking Ramp at 410 West 1st Street.

The video footage captures a gunfire exchange between sheriff’s deputies and Adam Clinton Wolf of Normanna Township, who was pronounced dead at the scene, according to authorities.
The 911 center received a call reporting that a resident on Heritage Trail near East Pioneer Road had sprayed a family member with gasoline and set their house on fire. Moments later, another neighbor reported the same suspect was armed with a rifle, and that his own home was also in flames.
