This billboard is part of a new outreach campaign by St. Louis County Public Health, AICHO and Fond du Lac Health Services. There has been an HIV outbreak in and around the Duluth area since 2019, and the campaign focuses on offering resources for those at risk, encouraging testing, and reducing stigma about the virus.
St. Louis County Board Chair Patrick Boyle led a moment of silence to remember the more than 600 people in St. Louis County who died from COVID. The County honored Public Health staff and MNResponds volunteers for their hard work throughout the pandemic to slow the spread of the virus and reduce serious illness and death. Submitted
