Lake Superior College to host fall graduation reception

Lake Superior College credential-earning students will be honored at a fall graduation reception on Monday, December 4 on the main campus.

Although these students are invited to participate in the May 13, 2024, commencement ceremony at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center, the reception celebrates their official completion this month.

This fall semester, over 150 students earned a certificate, diploma, or associate degree from among 29 different program areas. Many students will enter the labor force full time while others will continue to attend classes for their next credential if they are in a stackable credential program.

“We salute these fall graduates and want to celebrate this milestone in their educational journey,” said Dr. Patricia Rogers, president of Lake Superior College. “On behalf of the 275 employees of the institution, we say to these dedicated students, ‘well done and congratulations!’”

The Fall Graduation Reception will be on the main campus in Hawks Landing from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Friends and family of the graduates will be invited to the May commencement ceremony which celebrates graduates from the entire year.
