Breaking Events News: Mama Duck on her way back to Duluth

The World's Largest Rubber Duck joins a flotilla of maritime Tall Ships from the golden age of sailing available for onboard tours, USA Diving's Superior High Dive Challenge seventy feet above the Duluth Harbor, and more.

The World’s Largest Rubber Duck announced the addition of Tall Ships Duluth to her 2025 tour stops. Mama Duck, as she is affectionately referred to, will stop in Duluth on July 10-13 as part of the Festival of Sail Duluth.

“Mama Duck loves Duluth and we’re excited to bring her to Tall Ships Duluth on our 2025 tour,” said Craig Samborski, Head Duck Wrangler. “Tall Ships Duluth is such a fun, iconic event and it is a perfect fit for the big duck. We’ve made so many friends there during prior visits, it will be sort of a homecoming."

The World's Largest Rubber Duck joins a flotilla of maritime Tall Ships from the golden age of sailing available for onboard tours, USA Diving's Superior High Dive Challenge seventy feet above the Duluth Harbor, numerous food vendors creating a "mini State Fair" dining experience, free included tours of US Steel's former Flagship the William A Irvin as well as blacksmithing demonstrations daily.

This is a family friendly event for all ages located at Duluth's newly renovated $30 million dollar seawall project next to Canal Park.
