The Arena League debuts Saturday with two games: Duluth Harbor Monsters at Kansas City Goats and Iowa Woo at Ozarks Lunkers. Both profession indoor football games will begin at 7:05 p.m. (CST). All four league teams will play an eight-game regular season schedule, including four home games, and advance to the playoffs. The grassroots league will expand to six teams in 2025. NFL Hall of Famer and former Heisman Trophy winner Tim Brown is league chairman and commissioner.

Harbor Monsters Notebook – Duluth is led by quarterback Ja’Vonte Johnson and defensive back Terrance Wenzel. Wenzel, who starred at Proctor High School, had two return touchdowns and a pair of interceptions in the Harbor Monsters' 86-34 exhibition victory over Up 1 Athletic Showcase last Saturday night at DECC Arena. The Goats play their home games at Municipal Auditorium (10,700) in downtown Kansas City. General admission tickets are $15.
