Aspirus St. Luke’s Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center earns award for excellence

Aspirus St. Luke’s Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center has been recognized for its excellence in patient satisfaction and wound healing rates.

The Center has earned the prestigious Center of Distinction award from Healogics. Healogics is the nation’s largest provider of advanced wound care services.

“The Center of Distinction award is indicative of the hard work of our staff to improve quality of life and heal our patients,” said Aspirus St. Luke’s Vice President of Ambulatory Care Kim Terhaar. “It’s an honor to be recognized for our dedication to achieving positive outcomes for our patients.”

The Center achieved outstanding clinical outcomes for 12 consecutive months, including a patient satisfaction rate of 96%. The recognition is a testament to the exceptional care provided at the Center. This is the sixth time the Center has achieved the recognition since opening in 2017.

Aspirus St. Luke’s Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center is a member of the Healogics network of over 600 Wound Centers. It offers highly specialized wound care to patients suffering from diabetic foot ulcers, infections and other chronic wounds.
