By Dana Kazel The St. Louis County Veterans Service Office has a new director. The County Board on Tuesday approved the appointment of Nadine Wells to lead the Veterans Service Office. Wells has worked as a Veterans Service Officer for St. Louis County since 2017. She served in the United
