Forwards Max Plante and Jayson Shaugabay and 6-foot-5, 207-pound defenseman Adam Kleber, signature players in Minnesota Duluth's 2024-25 incoming freshmen class, will play for Team USA in the 2024 World Junior Summer Showcase. The four-team event – also featuring players from Canada, Sweden and Finland – will be held from July 26 to August 3 in Plymouth, MI. (USA roster, game schedule).

Plante (Hermantown, U.S. National U-18/USHL) and Kleber (Chaska, Lincoln/USHL) are 2024 NHL Draft eligible, and Shaugabay (Warroad, Green Bay/USHL) was a 2023 fourth-round selection by Tampa Bay.
